Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on all lifetime licence purchases. If you're not satisfied, email us and we'll process your refund promptly.
1. 30-Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Apex WOD Builder for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No explanation required.
To request a refund, email support@apexwod.app from the email address used at purchase, with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your purchase date or order confirmation if available.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method. Stripe processing fees are non-recoverable on our end but we absorb these — you receive the full $29.00 back.
2. After the 30-Day Period
Refund requests made after 30 days from purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis. If the App has a material defect or fails to function as described, we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund regardless of the time elapsed.
3. Free Trial
The free trial (3 logged sessions) carries no purchase obligation and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund for trial usage. If you complete your trial and purchase, the 30-day guarantee applies from the purchase date.
4. Australian Consumer Law
In addition to our voluntary 30-day guarantee, Australian customers are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law if the product has a major failure, is not fit for purpose, or does not match its description. These statutory rights are not limited by our 30-day policy.
International customers retain any statutory refund rights applicable in their jurisdiction.
